Do you have showing but no offers?

If you have had your home on the market for 7-14 days and are seeing some decent showing activity but haven’t received any offers, this means your price is close but just a little too high.

If you have had your home on the market for 7-14 days and have only had a few showings, less than an average of 1 a day, then it means your price is off by more than just a little bit.

Now is time for a price improvement of 6-12%.
